In today’s video I go over my 4 step process to overcoming mindset issues.
We all go through these kind of issues where we get stuck in a negative mindset, but it doesn’t have to stay that way..
I’ve learned that there are MANY things that you can do when you’re having mindset issues and
most of them are super to easy to implement and will help snap you back into that positive state quick.
The 4 Steps I go over are:
1. Awareness (becoming aware)
2. Taking Responsibility
3. Listing 5 Things You Are Grateful For
4. Reading A Book

Mindset issues are very common these days, even a small setback can put us in a negative frame of mind, but with regular efforts, we can put away that negative mindset.
One of my favorite methods to put away the negative mindset is sports & yoga, whenever I feel I am under pressure, Yoga and the Squash sport comes to my rescue.
