15 Ways to stay Motivated throughout your Workday

Hey Everyone!

I decided to write this short post for the people out there that might need a little extra motivation on some days. There are obviously thousands of different things that you can do to stay more motivated and focused on your work so I narrowed the list down to my favorite 15 for you all..

 

— 15 Ways to stay Motivated throughout your Workday!

1. Smile first thing when you wake up. :)

 

2. Start each day by saying your favorite positive affirmation to yourself. (Today is gonna be awesome!)

 

3. Think about 5 things that make all your hard work worthwhile.

 

4. List 3 things you’re going to be able to do this weekend as a direct result of earning money today.

 

5. Try finding out which time of the day that you work the most productively, and work at that time.

 

6. Say ten things each day that you are grateful for.

 

7. Take a break, eat a snack, listen to your favorite music.

 

8. Watch an inspirational/motivational video on youtube.

 

9. Drink some coffee or energy tea.

 

10. Listen to training videos or audios.

 

11. Read a few pages in a personal development book.

 

12. Talk and connect with a few work friends.

 

13. Face challenges and tasks, one at a time.

 

14. Set a goal for the day and achieve it.

 

15. Find something to look forward to once you’re all said and done with work.
